REFUND POLICY

At FitWorld RawJuice, we take great pride in crafting and delivering fresh, cold-pressed wellness products. Due to the highly perishable nature of our juices, all sales are final once shipped. Please review the following policy details carefully before placing your order:

🚫 Cancellations & Final Sales

  • Orders can be canceled at any time prior to shipment release.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, it is considered final and non-refundable due to the fresh, perishable contents.

     Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship via UPS Next Day Air or FedEx Next Day Service with no signature required.

  • Packaging is designed to maintain safe temperatures for 36–48 hours, but prompt refrigeration upon delivery is required.

  • If a delivery is delayed by the carrier but no product damage occurs, a refund will not be issued.

⚠️ Important:
If the courier is unable to access your residence, they may complete delivery at their discretion or attempt delivery again the following day. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package promptly.

❄️ Ice Pack Notice

  • Our non-toxic ice packs are safe and designed to keep your juice fresh during transit.

  • If an ice pack leaks or bursts, it does not affect the sealed bottles inside. Simply rinse them off.

  • We do not ship with dry ice or freeze our juices — please refrigerate immediately upon arrival.

❗ Refunds Will Not Be Issued For:

  • Delayed delivery where the product remains intact and safe.

  • Ice pack leaks or gel residue.

  • Reactions or experiences that differ based on individual taste, digestion, or expectations.

  • Personal dissatisfaction with cleanse results or weight loss goals.

  • Health-related effects — results vary depending on many personal factors including medical history, diet, and activity levels.

⚕️ Always consult your healthcare provider before beginning any cleanse, diet, or supplement program.

✅ What If Something Goes Wrong?

  • If you receive the wrong items, contact us immediately.

  • We’ll review your case and may issue a partial refund if an error was made on our end.

  • For orders under $100, we do not re-ship missing or incorrect items. Please check and refrigerate your order upon delivery.
